Fish cooking has never been my favorite thing to do. It’s probably because I don’t have any easy fish recipes. I have tried to bake fish, covered or uncovered and it doesn’t turn out like the fish recipe.

I just came up with a fish recipes of my own. You take tilapia or white fish, bake it with booked Stouffers Creamed Spinach. You cook the spinach in the pouch in water, when it is done you open the pouch and pour the mixture on the fish and bake at 400 degrees until the fish is flaky. Everyone likes baked fish with a little color and then it isn’t bland.
